BİRTAŞ A.Ş. has been established in 1986 for production of plastic parts for the automotive subsidiary industry and has it has commenced the activities for production of plastic water closure in 1998. It began the production under the registered brand of BİRKAP by completing research and development activities in the field of water closure conforming to food standards in 1999 as the first company in Turkey possessing domestic patent in the plastic closure sector. Management of BİRKAP is such that it invests heavily in the human resources by setting forth through the rationale of every employee is being “partner of the company”, it continually engrains motivation, it supports and paves the way for “creative ideas”, it aims to provide growth of business together with its employees.
BİRKAP takes aim at maintaining the “customer satisfaction” continuous within the plastic packaging sector, where it has been since the day it was established, with the technology, knowledge and the experience it has, through its R&D activities and after sales technical services with “high quality products that have been produced in hygienic environments” in parallel with the growth strategies of its business partners with its trained workforce that maintains the “continuous improvement.”
