BİRTAŞ was established in 1986 in İstanbul to manufacture technical plastic parts for the automotive industry.
In 1998, the R&D activities in the plastic cap manufacturing for water bottles were completed and the production started in 1999 in accordance with the food regulations. The company’s registered brand BİRKAP has earned the first domestic patent in 1999 and become an important player in the sector since then.
Management of BİRKAP invests heavily in human resources based on the principle of ‘each employee is a partner of the company’. The company always motivates, supports and paves the way for ‘creative ideas’ and aims to grow the business with its employees.
